How long does a deep clean take?

SIZE MATTERS
Obviously enough, the larger the home, the more time it takes to clean. You can get a rough estimate of the time it will take by counting the rooms you want cleaned and averaging 1 hour per room. Add 1 additional hour for kitchens and master baths. For example: Two guest bathrooms and one master bathroom would take about 4 hours.
DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS
I'd hate to point out the obvious again, but the more detailed the clean, the more time it will take. It's kinda like going to the drive through carwash vs. having it detailed inside and out by a professional. This is why we offer 3 custom services: basic clean (good), detailed clean (better) and deep clean (best).
HOW DIRTY IS IT?
Meet Carl. Carl owns a home that is 2,500 square feet. Carl lives alone and has no pets. Carl keeps his home tidy, but doesn't like scrubbing.
Now meet Joe. Joe also owns a home that is 2,500 square feet. Joe has a wife and 2 kids and 2 dogs. Joe can't keep his house clean for a single second and therefore hasn't scrubbed anything in over a year.
Both homes are the same size, but which house would take longer to clean? Definitely Joe.
This is why we do not charge a flat rate to clean your "whole house." Charging by the hour means you control the budget, and you will save a ton of money if your house isn't super dirty.
